Positioning, presentation and tenant selection

Why Let With Real Estate Andalusia?

A successful tenancy starts before the listing goes live. Rent positioning, presentation, clear terms, enquiry handling and proportionate applicant checks all affect the result.

A useful rental assessment looks beyond a generic monthly price.

In Axarquía, access, exact location, furnishing, outdoor space, heating, internet, condition and the intended letting period can all change who the property suits and how it should be marketed.

As a boutique estate agent based in Cómpeta, I give direct advice based on the property in front of me. The aim is to set clear expectations, present the home properly and find applicants whose needs fit the property and proposed tenancy.

  • Realistic rent positioning based on the property and intended letting type
  • Professional presentation and clear advertising
  • Applicant checks based on objective, property-relevant criteria
  • Direct communication with Agne throughout the letting process

Landlord property enquiry

Tell Us About Your Rental Property

Use this form if you own or represent a property that may be suitable for a long-term, winter or other genuine temporary tenancy in Axarquía or East Málaga.

Provide the location, main property details, availability, furnishing and intended letting type. Add photographs, a map link or an existing advert where available.

Agne will review the information personally and confirm whether the property fits the service and what should happen next.

Not the right form? If you are looking for a home to rent, view our current long-term rentals. For short-stay tourist property management, use the separate holiday rental management service.

Where is the property?

Start with the clearest location information you have. For a rural home, a Google Maps link is often more useful than a formal street address.

Is it ready to let?

Tell us how the property is furnished, its current condition and the main features a tenant would need to know.

Letting plan

How do you want to let it?

Choose the option that best describes the intended stay. We will confirm the suitable rental route before the property is marketed.

Your details

How should Agne contact you?

You deal directly with Agne. Add an advert, photo album or a few current photographs if they help explain the property.

Upload up to five current reference images. Maximum 5 MB per file. JPG, JPEG, PNG or WebP.

Before you submit

Frequently Asked Questions

These answers explain the scope of the landlord service and what happens after you submit the form.

What types of rental do you handle?

Real Estate Andalusia handles long-term tenancies and genuine winter or seasonal lettings in its rental service area. Short tourist stays are handled through the separate holiday rental management service.

Which areas do you cover for long-term lettings?

The core area is Axarquía and eastern Málaga, including the coast and inland villages within practical reach of Cómpeta. Selected Costa Tropical properties may be considered case by case. Málaga city and the western Costa del Sol are not default long-term letting areas.

Do you guarantee a tenant or a particular rent?

No. The first review helps establish a realistic rental position and suitable marketing route. Tenant interest, final terms and the owner decision depend on the property, market response and applicant fit.

How are rental applicants assessed?

Applicants are assessed using objective, property-relevant information such as move-in date, intended term, occupancy, pets under the property policy and proportionate affordability evidence at the appropriate stage.

Can I submit a property if I live outside Spain?

Yes. You can begin with the form, photographs and a map link. Access, current condition, keys and any in-person assessment will then be arranged according to the property and agreed service.

What information should I send first?

The exact location, property type, bedrooms and bathrooms, furnishing, current condition, availability, intended letting type and a few current photographs are the most useful starting points.
