Yes. Tell us your current city and preferred local times. We will agree a practical appointment and confirm the time in both locations.
Which video platform will we use?
We agree the platform with you before the viewing. Let us know whether you use WhatsApp or would prefer an alternative. You will need a suitable device and a stable internet connection.
Can my partner join from a different location?
Tell us when requesting the viewing so we can agree a platform and appointment that allow everyone to join.
Can I request a viewing of any property?
Send the Property ID or listing link. We will check whether a live viewing can be arranged. Availability depends on location, owner or agent access, and connection quality.
What happens if the internet connection is poor?
We may need to rearrange the call or agree another way to show the property, such as a recorded walkthrough followed by a discussion. We will explain what is practical for that property.
Is a live viewing the same as a recorded video or 360° tour?
No. During a live viewing, Agne is at the property and you can ask questions in real time. A recorded video or interactive 360° tour can be viewed independently, where available.
Does a video viewing replace an in-person visit or property checks?
A video viewing helps you shortlist. It cannot reveal every condition issue or establish legal or planning status. Visit in person wherever possible and use independent professionals for the necessary checks.
Is the appointment confirmed when I submit the form?
No. The form sends a request. We confirm the appointment only after checking property access and agreeing a time and video platform with you.
