We are a boutique agency based in Cómpeta, in the hills above the eastern Costa del Sol. We cover the stretch most agencies overlook: from Rincón de la Victoria through Torre del Mar, Torrox, Nerja, and Almuñécar, and inland to Cómpeta, Canillas de Albaida, and the villages of the Axarquía.
This is our patch. We know the roads, the urbanisations, the neighbours, and the notaries.
For buyers looking further west, we also handle luxury sales along the western Costa del Sol, from Torremolinos and Benalmádena through Marbella to Sotogrande.
About Agne
I am Agne Zastarske, owner and lead agent. I set up Real Estate Andalusia as a boutique operation on purpose — small enough to give every client proper attention, local enough to know this area in detail. I handle most client relationships personally, from the first viewing to the key handover.
I work in English, Spanish, and Lithuanian.

For sales, we also cover the western Costa del Sol luxury market: Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Marbella, Benahavís, and Sotogrande. If you are open to both coasts, we can work across the full stretch.
